Delivery

UK Customers

All goods up to 5Kg are sent First Class post.

We suggest an insured service is used for higher value orders,

a) Recorded Delivery (up to £50 value)

b) Special Delivery (up to £500 value)

Certain items such as guns and heavy goods over 5Kg are sent Parcel Force or TNT.

Please Note - We reserve the right to decline an order if in our opinion insufficient insurance has been selected.

Non UK Customers

All goods are sent First Class Airmail. The maximum weight of package by Airmail is 2Kg.

We require an insured service be used for higher value orders, Choose either,

a) International Signed For that gives cover to £500.

b) Airsure that gives cover to £500.

Please Note AIRSURE can ONLY be used to the following countries,

Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Singapore, New Zealand.

Unrestricted Exports

Low power airgun parts and most accessories can be exported from the UK without an export license. However it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any items ordered are not subject to either Import restriction or prohibition in their own jurisdiction. We cannot accept any responsibility for items confiscated or detained by overseas customs services regardless of insurance.

SILENCERS WILL NOT be shipped to USA or Canada.

Restricted Exports

All higher power airgun, firearm and shotgun parts do require an export license to permit shipping out of the UK, even within the EU. Please contact us before ordering such items and we will advise if it is practical to supply.

DAMAGED GOODS and DELIVERY SIGNATURES 

Please examine all packages at time of delivery before signing. Signatures are taken as proof of receipt in good condition unless noted otherwise. All damaged packages MUST be either refused or signed RECEIVED DAMAGED and in either case Damage must be advised to ourselves within three days of delivery. No claims will be considered unless this has been complied with.
